Amy Westendorf — Vice President of Group Benefits Amy Westendorf joined Wischmeyer Benefit Partners in November 2003 as the vice president of group benefits. Amy holds a State of Texas Group I Life and Health Solicitor’s License and oversees the group benefits department. She concentrates on building and maintaining relationships with clients, while also managing service opportunities including: showcasing renewal information and alternatives, facilitating the group enrollment process, meetings, general service and claims issues. Prior to Wischmeyer Benefit Partners, Amy held a position with the human resources department at Neiman Marcus, handling the benefits for more than 12,000 employees. Following her career at Neiman Marcus, Amy was the human resources manager at ThinkSpark L.P., an Oracle technology consulting company. There, she managed the group benefit program, payroll, created and updated policies and procedures and handled employee relations. Amy was first exposed to Wischmeyer Benefit Partners as a ThinkSpark employee, a client of Wischmeyer’s. Amy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in management entrepreneurship from Texas A&M University. She lives in Dallas with her husband Andrew and is active in her community and church and enjoys traveling and playing tennis. |
