Ryan Hanratty — Director of Employee Benefit Solutions
Ryan Hanratty joined Wischmeyer Benefit Partners in January of 2007. As the Director of Employee Benefit Solutions, he specializes in building relationships, sales and customer relations. Ryan enjoys listening to business leaders and learning about their organizations. He also consults with executives to develop strategic employee benefit plans that best suit the needs of their group. Ryan established his career in insurance as a Benefits Consultant, which exposed him to all aspects of the insurance industry. He has an understanding of the challenges employers face from his experience servicing clients’ needs on a daily basis. Growing up in a family business, as well as operating one on his own, gave Ryan a keen sense of what is needed to successfully run a company. Prior to joining Wischmeyer Benefit Partners, Ryan participated in professional golf tours throughout the country. In addition to golf, Ryan worked for a management consulting firm in their marketing and sales support department. In 2001 Ryan graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Ryan and his wife, Kate, live with their newborn child and golden retriever, Charlie, in the Dallas area. Ryan is an active member of the Jesuit Alumni Association and also gives time to charitable organizations such as Catholic Charities and St. Anthony School of Dallas. Ryan’s favorite pastimes include traveling, spending time with family, and playing golf. |
