Tony Senase — Customer Service Representative, Group Benefits Tony Senase arrived at Wischmeyer Benefit Partners in February 2005 and is responsible for performing claims resolution for new and existing clients. Tony holds a State of Texas Group I Life and Health Solicitor’s License and coordinates closely with companies’ human resource representatives and employees through the claims and enrollment process. Tony has 20 years of customer service experience, specifically in the telecommunications industry. He began his career in the United States Air Force as a telecommunications technician for communication centers and mobile communications. Later, he excelled at Ericsson, as a customer service representative, during the digital upgrades of the public telephone networks. A graduate of Wayland Baptist University, Tony completed a Bachelor of Science in electronic systems technology and education. An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys biking, fishing, camping and hiking with his family. |
