In order for us to analyze your current benefits against the competitive market. We will need to obtain the following items from you:

Completed employee census

Copies of current billing statements showing rates for medical, dental, life, disabilty and vision policies.

Copies of current benefit summaries for medical, dental, life, disabilty and vision policies.

We need to know your payroll frequency: monthly, semi–monthly, bi–weekly, or weekly.

Once we collect this information from you we will gain competitive quotes from other carriers. We will then map the obtained quotes into the proposal along with your current plans in order to create an easy comparison tool for you to review.
